Planning Documents

Throughout the process of obtaining planning permission there is often the requirement to prepare management documents to be implemented throughout the development, such as a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP). These documents will outline measures to be put in place during or after the development, such as restrictions on timing, to ensure that there is no ecological impact caused by the development process.

Our surveyors have extensive experience of the planning system and have been carrying out surveys and providing additional support for clients working to obtain planning permission for over 20 years.
